I'm a freak about scratches, dings, and cosmetic issues. Will my bike be perfect when it arrives? No way! We only sell bikes that have issues of some sort. That's why it's such a good deal! We actually like scratches, dings and scars. To quote an old Poi Dog Pondering song..."They are a map of the adventures and places you've been..."  

I bought the wrong size. I don't like the color. My wife won't let me keep it. Will you pay to have it shipped back to you? Sorry...but No. All of our bikes are shipped for free but you've got pay to get them back to us. Shipping bikes is expensive so be sure of your size, color, etc. before you bid.

I bought this bike and I have not heard a word from you. Can you please confirm my purchase? We love communication via email and do it quite well. We will always use the email address you provided on your Paypal account. We'll email you as soon as we print your shipping label and the bike is on its way.

Can you ship it to my friend's house so my spouse doesn't find out I bought another bike? What you do in your relationship is your business but we can only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. No PO Boxes, APO Boxes or any place that UPS does not deliver. Oh yea...make sure your address is correct. There's a $15.00 fee if we have to re-route your package thru UPS.

The bike arrived and the box looks like it's been through a war zone. I'm afraid to open it. What should I do? Relax. This sometimes occurs. More often than not, everthing inside is fine. A rear skewer poking thru the box is nothing to get worked up over and is easy to replace.

How do I put this thing together? If you are handy, you can put this together in about 30 minutes. We have tools and instructional DVD's on our web site. If you're all thumbs, have no tools, don't know a Presta from a Schrader Valve, better take it to a bike shop. Most shops charge about $50.00 for assembly.

The bike I purchased arrived seriously damaged. What will you do for me? We do our best to make sure your bike arrives safely, but sometimes UPS is rough and occasional damage may occur. We would like you to first, take a deep breath. It's going to be alright. Next, take a few photos and email them to us. In the event you just don't want the bicycle, send it back to us. Shipping costs and everything associated with it will be your responsibility. Shipping a bicycle typically costs about $50.00. Make sure it's packaged like you received it. Not upside down, with the parts sprinkled in on top of it, without packing material. You may not want it anymore but please be gentle with it and include a note. All returns that arrive in respectable condition will get thier bid price minus $40.00 refunded.

In the event you just don't want the bicycle, send it back to us. Shipping costs and everything associated with it will be your responsibility. Shipping a bicycle typically costs about $50.00. Make sure it's packaged like you received it. Not upside down, with the parts sprinkled in on top of it, without packing material. You may not want it anymore but please be gentle with it and include a note. All returns that arrive in respectable condition will get thier bid price minus $40.00 refunded.

 I just bought the bicycle used, but it is too small.  I bought another 2 days later and would like to sell this one.  The bike is in good condition for a mountain bike.  It has very few rust spots as shown in picture 3, and it has scuff marks on the front forks which are common for mountain bikes.  The gears switch smoothly and still have bold printed numbers on the shifter.  You are welcome to try the bike BEFORE bidding.  I am in the Bridgeport, MI area, so contact me if you want to see it.  Sales are final unless I did not accurately describe the bike.  Ask before you buy.  This is a used bike with a couple of dings, but it works great.
